What if We Do Not Act Now?

TPP warns we have 12 months to reverse trends. Inaction risks losing remaining forest, fragmenting land, causing Giant Ground Pangolin extinction in Kenya, and loss of unique species. This threatens the Greater Mara Ecosystem, wildlife, tourism, and vital water catchments for communities and wildlife downstream.

Be the solution!

Help create a 10,000 Ha Community Forest Sanctuary in Nyekweri to protect Giant Pangolins and biodiversity. The sanctuary will guard against land conversion, fencing, and poaching, while supporting local nature-based income. We plan to restore 4,000 Ha of degraded forest to recover the area's ecology. Protecting Giant Pangolins is vital as they indicate ecosystem health and community conservation efforts.
